Candle Care

Here you can find information and safety tips on proper care.

Upon first use of your candle, we strongly suggest allowing your candle to burn thoroughly and allowing the entire top of the candle to melt.

You may think this is crazy, but it will prolong the life of your candle and allow for an even burn the entire way... So the first burn is the most important!

Always trim your wick to 1/4" before each lighting.

By always trimming your wick you will be maintaining an even burn as well as a clean burn.

Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

There is such thing as over-burning, silly! If you truly love your candle, and we all do, never go beyond 4 hours! This will ensure your candle stays "healthy".

Never leave your candle unattended.

This should go without saying, but we want to keep you safe! Never leave a room with a burning candle and never put your candle near curtains, children, pets, drafts & anything else that may catch or cause a fire!

Before relighting

Always allow candle wax to harden before relighting.
